Quantitative Services

Our Market Research team has the knowledge and know-how required to carry out a broad range of research techniques, which can be tailored as per the individual needs of each of our clients.

1.Face to Face / Personal Interview-

The traditional method of carrying out face- to-face interview is with pen and paper, as well as with notebooks. Given that it is done face-to-face, the interviewer can showcase and test clients' products etc. Personal interviews are usually performed through the following popular survey styles based on how the interviewers approach the respondents:

2.Computer Assisted Personal Interviews (CAPI)

Although CAPI is the most preferred method of conducting quantitative research, however we have not only restricted ourselves to using computers we prefer using laptops, tablets, smartphones for conducting interview of the respondents.

This quantitative method of market research uses the computer assistance while conducting surveys. Respondents are briefly surveyed if they match requirements; they are later interviewed in detail.

For every CAPI research, we develop a program that contains a structured research questionnaire. Our field teams operate the latest tablet-based CAPI software for efficient and effective personal interviewing with prompt data uploads and allowing rapid turn-around of interview data results.

These interviews can be conducted on-site where the respondent is recruited i.e. be it at shopping Centre, movie theatre, car parking, airports and other public location.

3. Computer Assisted Telephone Interviews (CATI)

Telephone surveys involve calling and interviewing a representative sample of people within a geographic area or a targeted market served by the client.

For every CATI research, a system is planned that contains the structured survey and telephone number database. . The program system also randomly selects phone numbers, arranges interview times that best suit the interviewee, and analyzes the gathered data.

4. Central Location Test (CLT)

The respondents who fit the client's criteria are generally centralized in a certain place to take face-to-face interviews. Before the interviews are conducted, interviewers are well-trained by research staff. As the interview is conducted in a certain place, it is easier to manage whole process of the interview. CLT is assessed as the most preferred method for testing concepts, products, packaging, and effectiveness. This method is preferred when the samples are not feasible to be carried door-to-door.

There are many kinds of test methods under CLT
6. Mystery Shopping / Audits

We do understand the significance for gauging the satisfaction level of the services rendered to the prospect customers by the companies and to ensure that services are delivered in the ways intended by them. Ideally, Mystery Shopping is an efficient tool to measure, understand and improve customer service standards by letting our auditor pro tem as if they were customers. So we do enable companies to achieve uniformity in operation as well as continual enhancement in their products & services. We employ people who are passionate about customer service excellence just like us.

The participant's feedback is precisely evaluated to provide a surface of clear understanding of consumer wants & preferences.

Here at Market Sapience we prefer using digital medium for data collection like tablets, which is very user friendly for our auditor as during the audit process at the store / outlet he would use the tablet for audio recording later which can be used to fill the form, else in generic scenario where tablets are not handy the probability of getting some important points been skipped is high,
